Eglise St Lazar in Cap de la Madelaine has been sold and is being transformed into Eglise des Arts . Eglise des Arts will be a state of the art, scalable 700 – 950 capacity multi-purpose arts and music venue. The project is spearheaded by veteran Montreal concert promoters Paget Williams of Greenland Productions , Dave Boucher fo Extensive Enterprise and local entrepreneur Michael Lygitsakos fo Grill Express . The venue will be the primary location for shows for capacities from 500 to 1000 persons. Opening day will be fall 2024, Eglise des Arts will communicate it’s vibrant cultural activities to the world with cutting edge online media including exclusive broadcasts and recorded artist content. Located not far from downtown Trois Rivieres, in Cap de la Madelaine EDA has easy access on and off the 40 autoroute as well as from downtown Trois Rivieres . Eglise des Arts will occupy a prime location in the heart of Cap de la Madeleine .
